Rental Prices and Availability

Algarve Apartment is available for holiday rentals all year round.

The cost per week is based on up to 4 people sharing. There is a charge of £50.00 per person per week for the 5th and 6th persons.

Between July and September, bookings run Saturday to Saturday (7, 14, 21, 28 nights etc.). The rest of the year, we accept bookings commencing any day of the week. Any number of nights can be booked, but the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Special rates are availlable for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. A security bond of £100.00* is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.

What's included in the rental cost

• Internet access (Wi-Fi)
• All bed linen and bath towels (excluding beach towels)
• Travel cot and high chair (if required)
• Use of the complex facilities including swimming pool, children's pool, poolside shower and sunbeds. In addition to the sunbeds around the pool, there are two sunbeds on the balcony.

What's not included in the rental cost

• Flights - these will need to be booked separately. Please refer to our information on flights to Portugal.
• Transfers - it takes just over an hour from Faro airport to the apartment. Please refer to our information on transfers from Faro airport to Lagos.
• Travel Insurance - it is essential that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking the apartment to cover you for cancellations
